Official Rules

2. ELIGIBILITY: Registrants must be residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of registration. To be eligible for school prizes and drawings, individuals representing a school (account registrants) must be residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older, and affiliated with an accredited K-12 school located within the 50 US/DC that has 5 or more teachers on staff. To be eligible for teacher prizes and drawings, teachers must be residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older, and who are, at time of entry and at time of notification, part-time or full-time Teachers affiliated with an accredited K-12 school located within the 50 US/DC that has 5 or more teachers on staff. Employees of School Family Media, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. DRAWINGS: Random drawings to determine the Weekly or Monthly Prize winners for each Weekly or Monthly Promotional Period will be conducted from among all eligible entries received for that Weekly or Monthly Promotional Period drawing; weekly drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days after each Weekly Period ends and monthly drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days after each Monthly Period ends. Random drawings will be conducted using a random number generator (from all entries deemed eligible) and will be conducted by School Family Media. Odds of winning a Weekly or Monthly Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that Weekly or Monthly Period drawing. Weekly prizes will be awarded to the school indicated on the winning entry. Weekly Prize winners will be notified at the school indicated on the winning entry; please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize. Monthly prizes will be awarded to the teacher indicated on the winning entry. Monthly Prize winners will be notified at the school indicated on the winning teacher's entry; please allow 6-18 weeks for delivery of prize.

The first (200) schools deemed eligible to receive the "Super School Supply Pack" will begin 4/16/12 and will continue throughout the Promotion Period until the maximum amount (200) is reached. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded to the registered TeacherLists.com account user indicated on the winning entry. Winner will be notified at the school indicated on the winning entry; please allow 6-18 weeks for delivery of prize.

The (40) schools deemed eligible to receive the "200 gift card" will begin May 6, 2012 (12:00:00 am EST) and will continue throughout the promotion period (September 23, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM EST). Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded to the registered TeacherLists.com account user indicated on the winning entry. Winner will be notified at the school indicated on the winning entry; please allow 6-18 weeks for delivery of prize.

The (500) teachers deemed eligible to receive the "Classroom Supply Pack" will begin 4/16/12 and will continue through July 31, 2012 at11:59:59 PM EST or until the maximum amount (500) is reached. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded to the teacher indicated on the winning entry. Winners will be notified at the school indicated on the winning teacher's entry; please allow 6-18 weeks for delivery of prize.

The (1) teacher deemed eligible to receive the "$1,000 gift card" will begin 4/16/12 and will continue through May 31, 2012 at11:59:59 PM EST. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prize will be awarded to the teacher indicated on the winning entry. Winner will be notified at the school indicated on the winning teacher's entry; please allow 6-18 weeks for delivery of prize.

The (7) teachers randomly drawn to win an iPad 2 will begin May 1, 2012 (12:00:00 AM EST) and end May 18, 2012 (11:59:59 AM EST). Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prize will be awarded to the teacher indicated on the winning entry. Winner will be notified at the school indicated on the winning teacher's entry; please allow 6-18 weeks for delivery of prize.

The (3,000) teachers deemed eligible to receive the free 2-pack of Elmer's glue sticks will begin 6/11/12 and will continue until the maximum amount (3,000) is reached. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded to the teacher indicated on the winning entry and will mail to her or his attention at the school address. Winners will be notified at the school indicated on the winning teacher's entry via email affiliated with the TeacherLists.com user account; prize will ship mid-August 2012.

The (3,000) teachers deemed eligible to receive the free Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Select-a-Size sample will begin 7/19/12 and will continue until the maximum amount (3,000) is reached. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded to the teacher indicated on the winning entry and will mail to her or his attention at the school address. Winners will be notified at the school indicated on the winning teacher's entry via email affiliated with the TeacherLists.com user account; prize will ship starting early to mid-August 2012.

The (3,000) teachers deemed eligible to receive the free Wet Ones Antibacterial Hand Wipes sample will begin 7/31/12 and will continue until the maximum amount (3,000) is reached. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded to the teacher indicated on the winning entry and will mail to her or his attention at the school address. Winners will be notified at the school indicated on the winning teacher's entry via email affiliated with the TeacherLists.com user account; prize will ship starting early to mid-August 2012.

All prizes will be awarded provided there are sufficient eligible Entries received and prizes are validly claimed at the end of each promotion period, after which no alternate winners will be selected and no unclaimed prizes awarded.

4. PRIZES: (9,748) prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $99,093 will be awarded over the course of the initial promotional period as follows (provided a sufficient number of entries are received): (200) prizes: each eligible winner will receive a Super School Supply Gift Pack worth approximately $300. (40) prizes: 40 eligible schools will be randomly drawn to receive a $200 gift card (store/vendor at discretion of School Family Media and is subject to change). (500) prizes: 500 eligible teachers will be awarded a Classroom Supply Prize Pack worth approximately $15. (1) prize: 1 eligible teacher will be will be randomly drawn to receive a $1,000 gift card (store/vendor at discretion of School Family Media and is subject to change). (7) prizes: 7 eligible teachers will be will be randomly drawn to receive an iPad 2 worth approximately $399. (3,000) prizes: 3,000 teachers will receive a 2-pack of Elmer's glue sticks worth approximately $2. (3,000) prizes: 3,000 teachers will receive Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Select-a-Size samples worth approximately $2. (3,000) prizes: 3,000 teachers will receive Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Select-a-Size (6 pads) worth approximately $2. (3,000) prizes: 3,000 teachers will receive Wet Ones Antibacterial Hand Wipes samples worth approximately $2.60.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Any and all federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize element are the sole responsibility of each recipient.

All prizing will ship to the attention of the individual registered account user affiliated with the winning TeacherLists.com account at the registrant's school address. Please allow 6-18 weeks delivery after notification of winning.

5. GENERAL RULES: At Sponsor's discretion, winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within any time period stated above or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. Winning school/winners will be notified by email and/or phone. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winning school/winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. By accepting prize, winning school/winners agree to hold Sponsor, School Family Media, their respective directors, officers, employees, promotion agencies and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winning school/winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winning school's name and winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants/schools agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, School Family Media, their respective directors, officers, employees, promotion agencies and assigns from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants/schools agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.

NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
