Kids’ clothing sales start at the end of July and go through early-mid August. Sales can be as large as 50% off, and Target also gives spending incentives like $10 off a $25 purchase throughout the summer. Sign up for Target’s email list to stay up-to-date on summer sales!

Don’t buy backpacks for full price. Target regularly marks down brand-name backpacks by at least 25% during the summer, usually in July and August.

Use Target Circle! Target Circle is your best bet for keeping up with savings. It’s in the Target app and will show you all the active coupons (including manufacturer coupons!) and sales you can take advantage of. Whether you’re shopping online or in-store, Target Circle is a huge help.

Shop Target Deal Days. This bi-annual sales event hits nearly every department: grocery, clothing, even electronics and toys. The sale usually runs for two days in mid-July, so mark your calendar for major savings!
