The holidays are here, and they’re a great opportunity to let your staff know you appreciate them. While we know this time of year gets busy, it’s important to make sure your school staff doesn’t get lost in the holiday shuffle. You can’t go wrong with this one. Even a simple $10 will either cover an entire order (or most of it) at places like Dunkin’, Starbucks, or somewhere local.
Breakfast bar in the teachers’ lounge
Before school’s out for winter break, stock the teachers’ lounge with bagels, pastries, coffee, and more! Go the extra mile with some festive treats and seasonal coffee creamers. Encourage everyone to take part in the festivities whether they’re a teacher, office admin, or janitorial staff.
